Radar Systems Engineer

Position Description: Colorado Engineering Inc. is currently seeking a well rounded and team oriented "Radar Systems Engineer". Candidate must have in-depth understanding of Radar systems and should be highly motivated and capable of working independently or within a team of engineers on all phases of systems analysis, design and algorithm development. Candidate will be capable of completing system designs which demonstrate a well thought out approach to upgrades/enhancements developed from initial requirement definitions and must possess the ability to convey how technical detail impacts program direction and requirements satisfaction.
Typical duties and responsibilities for this position will include performing Architecture Development, providing Analysis through Integration and Test, performing Trade Studies, creating Requirement and Design Specifications, supporting Customer Presentations, Integration and Verification of Methodology, guidance in Validating system Performance, performing Risk/Opportunity Management, and fulfilling Team Leadership and Management functions.
The ideal candidate for this position will be technically strong with a MS +5 years experience (PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline; will have familiarity with Design and Integration of analog and digital circuit cards; and will have excellent skills with MATLAB/Simulink. Program management and demonstrated leadership expertise is also a plus.

Technical Sales and Management Associate

Position Description: CEI is seeking an innovative and experienced "Technical Sales and Marketing Associate" who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and initiatives to grow revenues and provide value to our Department of Defense and Commercial customers. Candidates should be career minded, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals who possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Candidates must be capable of working either individually or as an integral member of a team.
Typical duties and responsibilities associated with this position include general sales and marketing activities, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, making customer calls, presenting company products and capabilities, developing customer relationships, helping resolve customer satisfaction issues, and proposal development. Candidates for this position will be expected to play an important role in the development and implementation of company sales and marketing strategies.
At a minimum, the ideal candidate for this position will possess a BS degree in Business or Engineering (MBA is preferred) with 5+ years experience supporting technical sales and marketing to the U.S. Government and Defense Industry (including prime contractors). Candidate must be willing to travel and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with technical computing concepts (both hardware and software) and the ability to obtain a security clearance are a plus.
