Corporate Experience

CEI's corporate experience includes 35 Years of Business Management. Our management team founded Catalina Research, Inc., a successful COTS Supplier / Advanced Engineering and Design Enterprise which merged in 1990 with Paravant, Inc 2000 and DRS 2003.

CEI's management has been responsible for bringing 30+ complex board designs, 100's of FPGA designs and 20+ System/Subsystem designs to market and operations in current DoD and Government systems.

In 2006, CEI's president graduated EMBA from Villanova University.

Engineering Experience

CEI brings a wide range of experience to bear in complex problem solving. Areas of expertise include radar systems, EW, Sigint, Elint, C4ISR, Data Acquisition, DSP and Communications.
